What the program is
This Or Die Salon sends appointment confirmations and appointment reminders by text to clients who have booked an appointment and given us their mobile number. Messages relate only to your own booking. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.
How you sign up
You give us your mobile number when you book: in the salon, over the phone, by text, or in the online booking form. In every case we tell you the number is used to send appointment confirmations and reminders. In the online form the consent box is never pre-ticked, and booking never requires agreeing to texts.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your appointments. Most clients receive a handful of messages around each booking, typically a confirmation when the appointment is set and a reminder the day before.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the texts themselves; your mobile carrier may, according to your plan.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then nothing further. You can still book by phone or in the salon.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed on every network.
