Booking & cancellation policy

The deposit

A deposit of 50% of your service is charged when you book, and it holds your appointment. Your card is kept securely on file for the terms below. The deposit is applied to your total at checkout, so on a normal visit you simply pay the balance.

Cancelling or rescheduling

Plans change, and the earlier you tell us, the easier it is on everyone. The window is measured from your appointment start time:

• More than 48 hours ahead: your deposit is refunded in full, or moved to your new time.
• Between 48 and 24 hours ahead: your deposit is kept. That is 50% of the service.
• 24 hours or less ahead: the full price of the service is charged to your card on file.

No-shows

If you do not show up for your appointment, it is treated as a same-day cancellation on the deposit: the deposit is kept.

Please be on time

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment is forfeited and the deposit is kept. This is not about being strict. In a one-chair salon a late start runs straight into the next guest, and there is no way to make that time back.

If you are running late, call or text Vanessa as early as you can. Communication is always the best move, and we will do what we reasonably can.

Big changes start with a consultation

Going blonde, correcting a previous color, or growing out grey is booked as a consultation first, so we can quote the work exactly and set aside the right amount of time. Ask us anytime.
